The site www.chic-paris-bucarest.com, also called Shopping Chic, is the property of SC Shopping Chic Online SRL, registered in Campulung Jud. Arges, Str. Gruiului, nr. 82, Bl. P5, sc. A, et. 2, ap. 11, J3 / 2048 / 16.12.2016, CUI / CIF: RO34346042 and will be referred to as Shopping Chic.
Use of this site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading them carefully. Shopping Chic assumes the right to amend these stipulations without further notice. The latest version can be found by visiting this page, called “Terms and Conditions”.
Shopping Chic guarantees limited user access (on-line ordering, information) to the Chic PARIS-BUCAREST site and does not give him the right to download or partially or completely modify the site, reproduce it fully or partially, copy, sell / resell or exploit the Site in any other way, for commercial purposes or against the interests of Shopping Chic without its prior written consent.

Contract – Contract of Sale in electronic form concluded at a distance between the Seller and the Customer, having as object the Products shown in the Order and subsequently confirmed by e-mail by the Seller, for the Price applicable to the Products indicated on the Site and subsequently confirmed by e-mail By the Seller, paid by the Customer as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
Curier – the company specialized in goods delivery, chosen by the Seller.
Newsletter – a means of informing, regularly transmitted by the Seller by electronic means (e-mail, sms etc.) regarding the Seller’s Products and / or promotions / campaigns of a certain period, without any commitment of the Seller to the Customer.

2 – Shopping Chic’s copyright on the information posted on the site
The entire content of the Shopping Chic site – images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, emails, scripts, programs and other data – is the property of Shopping Chic and its suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Law Author (Law No. 8/1996) and laws on intellectual and industrial property. Use of any of the items listed above without the approval of the Shopping Chic is punishable under the laws in force. It is allowed to use the Shopping Chic site only within the limits set forth in this document.
3 – The products and services offered by Shopping Chic Online on the Chic PARIS-BUCAREST website, pricing policy
Shopping Chic reserves the right to select its customers. The products marketed through Chic PARIS-BUCAREST are new and at the moment of delivery are accompanied by the fiscal invoice, according to the legislation in force. The products and services provided are subject to the conditions of this document and within the available stock limit.
Prices are updated periodically, according to the BNR exchange rate. The prices listed include VAT (19%) and do not include delivery costs, unless expressly specified on the site.
According to Art. 1665 of the Civil Code regarding the fictive price and the derisory price:
Sale is voidable when the price is established without the intention of being paid.
Also, unless otherwise provided by law, the sale is cancellable when the price is so disproportionate to the value of the good, that it is obvious that the parties did not want to consent to a sale.
Despite our efforts, a small number of products may have wrong prices on the site, mistakenly set by our IT application. In this situation, Shopping Chic does not undertake to honor orders at a discounted price. If the actual price is lower than the price published on the site, and you paid the price in advance, the difference will be returned in legal terms.
Shopping Chic content (texts, product descriptions, technical features, images, symbols) is made up of collaborating with the representatives of the respective producers in our country. Shopping Chic and its partners reserve the right to modify the technical specifications of the products without prior notice.
By accessing these Terms and Conditions, the User / Client understands and agrees that it is expressly prohibited to use the Site and its content for purposes other than those expressly permitted under the Terms and Conditions.
The price shown in the completed and placed order, as subsequently confirmed by the order confirmation e-mail, is the firm price that the Customer is required to pay for the Products ordered. The price shown in the order completed, placed and confirmed will not change, no matter if after that time CHIC PARIS-BUCAREST performs certain promotional campaigns related to the same Products or changes their price.
4 – Product promotion
In order to promote the Products, Shopping Chic may send Newsletters to the User / Customer directly or through their business partners, ensuring / respecting the confidentiality of data provided by the User / Client.

5 – Payment of products
Payment of products ordered from the Shopping Chic site can be made
– Cash at reception of the package. The payment is made to the courier’s representative upon receipt of the package containing the ordered products. It is indicated (but not necessarily) to have an exact amount of cash.
– Pay by card in advance. (Customer is given the type of card accepted)
Payment in advance can also be made through a payment order; Proof of payment must be sent to Shopping Chic at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
In the case of advance payment, the delivery will be made only after the money has been entered into Shopping Chic account.
Products ordered must be paid in full, otherwise delivery will not be made.
Orders placed on the CHIC PARIS-BUCAREST website and paid with the card are processed by GECAD ePayment in the name of Shopping Chic.
Shopping Chic reserves the right in certain cases to request payment of the products in advance. Your card / account will only be debited after you completed and placed your order. When the card transaction is approved, the payment amount is immediately blocked on your card / account and will be debited from your account when the order confirmation is sent to you by the seller via e-mail. If, for any reason, the card transaction fails / is not executed, your order is automatically canceled and the store owner no longer has any obligation towards you. In this case, you will need to resume the order process and provide a valid payment method, of those accepted, shown in the ordering process.

Shopping Chic will never ask you to provide bank details, card details or similar information by e-mail or telephone, or contact you by phone or send you an email indicating another bank account make payment or request payment by postal order or other traditional payment method. If you receive a message asking you (apparently) in our name specific personal data through a link, you do not respond, do not follow the requested ones, do not click on the link and immediately delete the e-mail because it is possible a Phishing e-mail with the purpose of identity theft and / or infecting your computer with a virus / other cyber attack.
6 – Order Confirmation Procedure
Once the Order has been completed and placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation through the e-mail address recorded at the time of registration. The confirmation will include a review of the Products, the price and payment method chosen, as well as the place, manner and delivery costs. Until Order Confirmation, Shopping Chic does not have the delivery obligation to the Customer.
Although Shopping Chic ensures that all products on the Site, marked as such, are available, there may be exceptional situations (for example, in the case of simultaneous orders, in the case of technical failures arising from the online store management, etc.) however, when a product is unavailable so that the order can not be accepted.
In the event of such a situation, the Customer will be informed by e-mail.
Whenever an order can not be accepted for any reason, the Customer will be informed, this being the sole responsibility of the owner of the online store.
7 – Products delivery
Deliveries are made anywhere in the country (Romania) through fast courier companies.
The delivery of the Products ordered on this Site will be exclusively on the territory of Romania.
Deliveries will be made through the Couriers chosen at their discretion by the Seller.
DELIVERY TAXES are those mentioned in the special section at the time of finalising and placement of the Order, as subsequently confirmed by the confirmation e-mail. By completing and placing your Order you agree to the payment of these fees together with the Product Price. The delivery charge is applied to each individual parcel.
DELIVERY TIME of products is between 24 hours and 10 working days. To see how long a product gets to you, check the delivery date on the product page. We do not deliver through the Romanian Post. Shopping Chic reserves the right to make order confirmations before honoring them by contacting our customers.
Once you have received your order confirmation by e-mail, it will be delivered by us to the Courier and will be delivered to you within an estimated time of 4-6 working days after you confirm your order. Upon delivery of the Order to the Courier, you will receive a notification by e-mail or sms at the address or phone number provided. If, for any reason whatsoever, the delivery date shown above can not be met, you will be contacted by email and informed of the actual delivery time.
For delivery, you will be contacted in advance by Curier, whom you agree to provide your contact information for this purpose. Upon receipt of the Order, you will present a valid ID and sign the AWB / receipt.
If the parcel is not delivered after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to us, and you will bear the costs and consequences of the return.
Delivery costs are:
– FREE for orders, when mentioned on the site.
– Amount specified for each order.
The delivery is via FAN Courier, the rates are valid for any locality in Romania where there is a FAN Courier center.
If the customer is not found at the address mentioned, he will be contacted by the courier company by phone.
The reception of the products represents the customer’s acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition. The invoice is the sale / purchase contract according to the Romanian legislation in force. The customer expressly agrees to sign the invoice that he / she has received the product (s) that is (are) in compliance with the order and its needs.
Shopping Chic reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they can not be honored for independent reasons that include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, terrorism, protests, Revolts, civil disturbances or other major force impediments according to the uses of Romanian law.
The maximum amount of damage that can be paid by Shopping Chic to any customer in the case of non-delivery or inappropriate delivery is the value of the amount that Shopping Chic received from this customer.
8 – Sales closing. Transfer of ownership and risk
The sale-purchase contract is deemed to be concluded only when the Customer receives by e-mail confirmation of the Order from the Seller. The information on the Site does not constitute a pre-contract or any other commitment of Shopping Chic towards the Client.
The transfer of property and risks upon Products occurs at the time of delivery of the package subject to full payment of the Price and delivery charges.
In the event that Products are not returned in the proper state, as stated above, the Customer will bear their depreciation by duly diminishing the amount to be returned to the Customer by the Seller. Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the Products resulting from their handling otherwise than is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and performance.
For Returned Products, this status is checked on the return and communicated to the Customer on the spot. Regarding the status of Returned Products in the other accepted return modalities mentioned above, the examination of their condition, in order to see to what extent they are compliant, will be made by Seller within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, Customer Being notified within this deadline by e-mail in the event of non-conformities that lead to a reduction of the amount to be repaid. The customer agrees to this procedure.
Within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of return of the Products and their accessories in the appropriate state, as specified in these Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for their Price as received except the delivery charge paid by the Customer to Courier to Deliver Products. If the Customer chooses to keep certain Products and only partially cancel the Order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
The refund of the price will be made in the same way as these sums have been received, except for the cash received upon delivery, which will always be refunded to the Customer by bank transfer in the account the Customer is Obliged to mention it in the form / e-mail / letter of notice of the withdrawal decision.
9 – Product warranty
Shopping Chic offers origin certificates and warranty for marketed products, which are sent with your tax invoice and ordered products, on demand. The warranty conditions are in accordance with Law 449/2003 and OG. 21/1992. When requesting the certificate, it is necessary to present the defective product in its original packaging, along with the related accessories, a copy of the fiscal invoice and the original warranty certificate, if the case. In case the products get unaccompanied by these documents, the products can be returned to the applicant / sender and his / her product will be replaced or refund.
10 – Complaints regarding Product Compliance
Products that are marketed through the online store are new, non-defective products.
The customer is required to pay attention to the colors of the Products and to take into account the fact that, due to the settings of their own computer / electronic device, certain real colors of the Deliverables may differ from what the Customer’s computer / electronic device displayed at the time of the Order. These differences will not be considered as non-conformities.
If the Products show defects found within 2 working days of delivery or within a warranty period established by law, the Customer may address a complaint sent by e-mail to the address shown in the Contact section or By registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt at the address shown in the same section and return the Products, according to the procedure outlined in the Terms and Conditions displayed. The customer may also use the “complaint” form provided on the Site, filled in online or sent by e-mail / post with acknowledgment of receipt.
If Seller finds Customer’s claim as founded, Defective Products will be replaced or, if Replacement is not possible, the Customer will be refunded with the Delivery Fee within 14 (fourteen) days of the settlement complaint.
If the claim is considered unfounded, the Customer will be returned to the Customer at its cost without any other obligation on the part of the seller.
About the settlement of the complaint and the solution adopted in accordance with the above, the Customer will be informed by e-mail at the address provided at the registration.
In the event of the Seller reimbursing the Price and delivery charges, the provisions of the Products Return section will apply accordingly to these Terms and Conditions to.
11 – RETUR policy
The customer may unilaterally terminate the Shopping Chic contract without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days (cf. Ord. 34/2014), only in writing and may return the product (s) within the same 14-day calendar.
Thus, the products purchased from CHIC PARIS – BUCAREST site can be returned according to the law within 14 calendar days of their receipt by courier.
Before returning the product, you must notify by phone or email (email@example.com) the intention to return a product / products.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he cancels the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract.
The product will be returned in good conditions in the original bag or box, unused and not forged. Otherwise, they can be resubmitted to the customer.
Also, products with physical alterations, damage, stains, bumps, scratches, scratches, shocks, etc. are NOT accepted for return. You can return via any courier company (including the Romanian Post Office), but we recommend that you use courier services for a better return procedure. Returning products will be at the expense of the customer.
Products can be returned without invoking any reason.
The returned product must be accompanied by the copy of the invoice, warranty certificate, as applicable, and the completed return form online.
CHIC PARIS – BUCAREST will refund the products within 14 days of receipt of the return. Refunds do not include transport costs.
Refund of the returned products will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the Return Form.
The return of products is subject to this law only for products delivered to customers by express courier.
Returns of products that by their nature, including hygiene / public health reasons, can not be returned, such as intimate underwear, swimsuits, stockings and unsealed cosmetics, are not acceptable.

12 – User comments on Chic PARIS-BUCAREST site

17 – Final provisions
Any other issue caused by the products and services presented by Shopping Chic and which is not already dealt with by any article in this document will be settled amicably within 30 working days of the date of written notice of the issues by user.
If the conflict has not been settled amicably, the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts of Shopping Chic Online SRL, the User / the Client expressing his / her agreement to this choice of competence, agreed by both parties.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Shopping Chic site, the customer fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the site under these conditions.
If, for any reason whatsoever, any clause in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or invalid, it will be replaced by a valid clause as close as possible to the original clause.
The invalidity / ineffectiveness of a clause / provision of these Terms and Conditions and / or the Agreement will not affect the validity / applicability of the other clauses / provisions that will continue to apply unchanged.
